We are looking for seasoned lawyers who can help mentor and teach new attorneys in various substantive areas of law and law office management. Our summer program also places law students in attorneys offices and incorporates attorneys in different practice settings in our intensive program that kicks off the summer program. CLI runs an informal incubator program that fosters the development of a cadre of private attorneys who provide quality legal services in underserved communities. CLI is developing the protocols and resources to reduce the administrative costs of managing a private law practice with the plan to launch its attorney incubator project for attorneys new to community-based practice. In addition to helping attorneys create sustainable business plans, the incubator program provides opportunities for law office management and substantive law trainings to ensure attorneys maintain economically viable law practices designed to serve the needs of legal services consumers in underserved communities.
